Traditional Tuesday Scrapbooking Project Idea

Halloween Project Idea
How to create layout:
Use Black Cardstock as the base for this layout.
Using the Jumbo Wavy Square (inside of template) and the Red Blade, cut a large square from the dotted pattern paper.  Adhere to the base, approx. 1-1/4" from the right edge and 1-3/4" from the bottom edge.
Adhere a 12" x 2" strip of the stripe paper across the middle of the square.
Using the CCS Large Circle Pattern (inside of template) and the Blue Blade, cut a circle from a purple mat.  Using the Medium Circle Pattern (inside of template) and the Red Blade, cut a circle from an orange mat.  Layer the circles and adhere to the layout, as shown.
Mat a 4" x 6" photo onto an orange photo mat.  Adhere to the layout, slightly over-lapping the circles.
Using the Simple Monogram Stickers (black) spell the title.  Apply the "Happy Halloween" sticker to White Cardstock and trim around the words, using an All-Purpose Scissors.  Adhere to the layout, using Foam Squares.
Journal, using a Fine-tip Black Pen and apply the rest of the stickers, as shown.
